WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?
1-on-1 training is perfect for those that want more personalized attention, motivation and coaching. You will leave each session with a better understanding and awareness of how your body works and will be given the tools you need to achieve your goals. We ask that our athletes commit to training with us for a minimum of 3 months. This gives us enough time to teach and educate you on HOW to exercise while making progress towards your goals. Our goal is to help each athlete feel more comfortable and confident to train and make sustainable outside the gym.
