Golf has now reached a point where we shouldn’t need convincing that better health and fitness can improve our game. There is a gap between the player you are now and the player you want to be. The only way to fill that gap is by putting in the work, discipline and consistent pursuit of progression. Building a body that moves, feels and performs at it’s highest level, on and off the course.
Just like upgrading our clubs, we need to upgrade our bodies. Breaking it down into different projcts, working to improve upon or create something new. Whether you are looking to play pain free, get stronger, hit the ball further or looking to get an edge over your competition, PROJCT Golf will give you the tools and resources you need to take your game to the next level. Our goal is to make you a better golfer, but also give you more energy and strength to do the things you want to do when you want to do them. It’s about building a lifestyle, a body and a golf swing that is consistent and repeatable.
Our focus for all our golfers is to help them build a strong foundation by creating ownership and control over their body. Teaching and educating so they have better awareness and understanding of what their body is capable of. Training more efficient movement patterns that will help them create a more repeatable and consistent golf swing. Once you have more awareness of what you are capable of, it becomes a lot easier to get the results you are looking for.

PROJCT Golf Foundations Program
We have created a 3 part training program that we take all of our golfers through to improve their movement awareness, mobility, stability as well as building strength, speed and power for golf and for life.
- Level 1- Foundations of Movement
- Level 2- Positional Strength
- Level 3- Speed and Power
For each level of the program we will teach you the principles needed for you to move, feel and perform better on and off the course. After each level you will walk away with access to our app and a training program to work on what we went over during our session.
By the end of the training series you will have a full program that you can run through at your own pace to continue to make progress towards your health and golf goals. You will also walk away being an official PROJCT Golf Certified Athlete and receive a certificate of completion for your commitment and dedication to improving yourself on and off the course. We are also working to bring you some exciting PROJCT Golf Partners to give you access and discounts to some great brands and local companies!
We start every golfer with our Level 1 Foundations of Movement that includes:
- 90 min of in person coaching
- Mobility and Stability assessments to see where you may be restricted in your movement and how that will directly effect your golf swing.
- Run through of exercises to give you a better understanding of the body/swing connection.
- Hit some balls to get an idea of how your movement may be impacting your swing and to feel the difference in our movement after the exercises we went through
- Golfers will go home with At home Foundations Program to help you create more awareness and build a solid foundation for your body and golf swing

If you’d like to start with level 1 first and then decide you’d like to continue you with us after the first session we will put that towards the full program cost. Level 1 Investment: $249
