PROJCT X is our signature training class. It is a combination of strength training and conditioning. We believe in a balanced training system and understand the importance of building all aspects of your wellness. PROJCT X will challenge and ignite your potential in and out of the gym.

PROJCT Strong

Strength isn’t just about lifting weights-it’s about building confidence, resilience, and the power to take on anything. PROJCT Strong is your space to push limits, refine technique, and develop real, functional strength. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just stepping under the bar, this class is built to help you move better, lift smarter, and get stronger-one rep at a time.

PROJCT PERFORM

PROJCT Perform is built to elevate your athleticism and aerobic engine, ensuring you perform at your best-no matter your sport or lifestyle. This class focuses on plyometrics, power, and conditioning to develop explosive strength and endurance, so you can move faster, recover quicker, and push your limits inside and outside the gym.

PROJCT Hybrid (Sundays)

PROJCT Hybrid is the ultimate way to cap off your weekend and reset for the week ahead. We start with 20 minutes of intentional mobility work, then dive into high-energy circuits of strength and conditioning. Designed for those who love to push their limits, this PROJCT Hybrid lets you turn your brain off and just move. No overthinking-just effort, sweat, and a community that keeps you going.
